Meets regularly in the Craven Heifer, usually on 2nd Thursday of every month at 7.30pm.

Organises litter picks, holds events and co-ordinates local work projects.

Open to all.

The Good Neighbours Network still in its infancy although the Neighbourhood Watch network has been in place for several years.

Produced the history of Stainforth book Stainforth: Stepping Stones through History, to mark the Millennium. Meets occasionally.

Police Officers: The village has two dedicated officers who police the area. Both officers have proved to be true friends of Stainforth village and both are eager to assist with problems that arise that are within their area of interest.

Stainforth Community Action Group (SCAG):  

Formed in 2008 to follow up action on the Village Plan it is made up of representatives from each of the action groups.

Meets every 2 months.

Open to all residents of Stainforth and Little Stainforth.
